When you recognize the shop name on Transaction Detail, contact the shop directly for details.

  • Common Inquiries

    • There is a time-lag between the actual transaction and the shop sending billing data (e.g. shopping with iD* at merchants, online shopping, public transportation)
    • Recurring payments (menbership fee), debit card validity check
    • Cash back made by the shop such as a campaign (refund)
