You can switch your Banking Card to GLOBAL PASS via Online Banking, by mail or at a branch. GLOBAL PASS is to be delivered by means listed below.

  • Banking Card and PRESTIA Gaika Cash Card* cannot be used at overseas ATMs after September 30, 2021.
    • *Includes Banking Card / Cash Card issued under the former bank name other than PRESTIA.
  • Please note that the following cards will be disabled automatically approximately two month after the GLOBAL PASS application.
    • Yen Savings Account Banking Card from which you switch to GLOBAL PASS
    • Supplementary Cards tied to the Yen Savings Account above
    • PRESTIA Gaika Cash Card (including Supplementary Cards)

By Mail

Please print out GLOBAL PASS Application , fill it out, and mail it to us using Address Label .

Branch

Please bring your Banking Card (or PRESTIA Gaika Cash Card), ID, and registered seal (if applicable).

GLOBAL PASS Delivery

  • *It depends whether your registered address is domestic or overseas.

Domestic:

Sent as simplified registered mail (transfer-prohibited post) after five business days from the application date.
Please note that the relocation/forwarding service does not apply.

Overseas:

Sent by EMS etc. after five business days from the application date.

  • Due to the spread of COVID-19, it may take more time to deliver your GLOBAL PASS than usual.
    To countries and regions where GLOBAL PASS cannot be delivered by EMS, we would use an alternate international courier service.
  • When delivering overseas, your GLOBAL PASS is blocked for security. To activate GLOBAL PASS before using it, please have your T-PIN and GLOBAL PASS ready and call PRESTIA Phone Banking 81-46-401-2100(charges apply).
