To reactivate your cash card, please update your "Status of Residence" and "Period of Stay (Date of Expiration)" by referring to the Various Procedures  page.

• Online banking
  Approximately one week to complete the procedure. Upon receiving a procedure completion e-mail, your cash card will be reactivated the next business day.
• By post
  Approximately two weeks to complete the procedure. (Note that there will be no notification by an e-mail.)
