About Residence Card
1. If your remaining "Period of Stay" is less than 3 months
Unfortunately, we cannot proceed with your account opening. Please apply after renewing your residence card.
2. If it has been less than 6months since the date of issue
Submit a supplementary document that confirms you have been in Japan for more than 6 months since your entry.
