Answer

The postal delivery of bank statements is free if any of the following conditions applies.

That your status is PRESTIA GOLD/PRESTIA GOLD PREMIUM
That you are 75 years old or older (The fee waiver will begin with the statement for April of the fiscal year when the customer turns 75 years old.)
That you have a mutual fund account
A corporate account holder
