Please confirm if any of the following cases apply to you.
- The App requires you to sign on using your User ID and Password when you are signing on for the first time, switched your mobile device or upgraded the App. Once you select “Use biometric authentication when signing on in the future,” you can sign on using biometric authentication from the next time.
- If your mobile device does not support biometric authentication, you cannot sign on using biometric authentication.
- Even if your mobile device supports biometric authentication, you cannot sign on using biometric authentication when your biometric data is not registered on your device. Please try again after registering your biometric data (the registration procedure varies depending on the mobile device used).
