When switching to a new mobile device, you do not have to do anything in advance on the SMBC Trust Bank app.

  • If you intend to use biometric authentication with your new mobile device,
    sign on using your Online banking User ID and Password and select "Use biometric authentication when signing on in the future".
  • If you do not intend to use biometric authentication with your new mobile device,
    sign on using your Online banking User ID and Password.
