To reissue your Cash Card, Various Procedures page will guide you to the method that suits your situation.

*PRESTIA no longer issues Banking Card (International Cash Card) and PRESTIA Gaika Cash Card. When you currently have Banking Card, please switch your card to GLOBAL PASS^® by post or via online banking. See here for details.
*There will be a fee to reissue GLOBAL PASS except when switching from Banking Card to GLOBAL PASS or Cash Card is damaged (in principle).
