There are two types of PIN number for GLOBAL PASS®: "Domestic Cash Card PIN" and "Debit PIN." The former is for the use of ATMs in Japan and for J-Debit. The latter is for the use of ATMs overseas and for shopping at VISA merchants.

<Debit PIN>

You will not be able to change your debit card PIN. If you want to use your GLOBAL PASS® again, GLOBAL PASS® reissue will require a 1,100 yen of reissuance fee (including tax). Call PRESTIA Phone Banking and press "0" in the main menu to speak to an operator following the voice guidance. Application form will be sent as necessary.
