Customers who switched from Banking Card (International Cash Card)* to GLOBAL PASS

  • Domestic ATM withdrawal, transfer and J-Debit limits
    The settings before the switchover will remain the same. If your Banking Card is a magnetic stripe card with no IC chip, GLOBAL PASS IC chip and biometric authentication limits shall be the GLOBAL PASS default setting.
  • Overseas ATM withdrawal and Visa shopping limits
    The initial settings of GLOBAL PASS shall apply. Please see here  for details on the initial settings of limit control.
  • *This includes cash cards issued under former bank name, other than PRESTIA.

Customers who had GLOBAL PASS reissued

  • Domestic ATM withdrawal, transfer and J-Debit limits
    They will remain the same as your previous GLOBAL PASS.
  • Overseas ATM withdrawal and Visa shopping limits
    They may be reset to the default settings or remain the same depending on the way GLOBAL PASS was reissued.
