    • *Balance in other currency equivalent, account opening date (optional)
  • Language: Japanese or English (select one language)
  • As of Date: A specified date within 10 years from the request date. Please note that we do not take a postdated request.
  • Receiving: Delivery by mail (only to registered address) or pick up at branch
    • *It takes approximately a week from the request date to receive the certificate by mail.
    • *It may take additional days if you have moved from the registered address or depending on the contents of the certificate.
  • Fee: Service Fee List available here .
  • Others: Please visit our branch for the procedure if you are in a hurry.
    In the case of any of the following, the balance certificate cannot be issued on the same day.
    • When the balance of Mutual funds and/or Joint Management Designated Money Trust is required.
    • When the balance needs to be converted in a foreign currency or there are any other additional requests.
    • If the certification date is prior to the end of the month before last or the same as the date of application.
    • If there are other reasons for which the same day issuance is not possible.
