<Partial early repayment>

There are 2 types to partially early repay: "Repayment amount mitigation" and "Reduced period" type.

The fees defer depends on which type you choose. Please see the following:

  1. Applying in to a branch office, or by postal mail: 5,500 yen (including tax) for each early payment
  2. Applying by telephone ("Reduced period" only): Free-of-charge *Please call the number below:

When applied on a bank holiday, the procedures will be treated as accepted on the next following business day.

<Full early repayment>

For full early repayment, please call the number below.

The fees defer depending on which kind of loan you wish to fully repay.

  • Housing Loan: 44,000 yen (including tax)
  • Investment Property Loan: 1.1% of outstanding balance (including tax)

<Scheduled full repayment>

Documents, regarding cancellation of mortgage, will be sent to obligor's registered address with PRESTIA, by postal registered mail in about 2weeks after the cancellation of mortgage.

To confirm the scheduled full repeyment day, obligor is asked to confirm with repayment calendar, for PRESTIA does not inform the date in advance. For more details, please feel free to call the number below.
