• Applicants must be 18 or older to borrow loans, and younger or until their 80th birthday for final repayment.
• Eligibility for group credit life insurance
• A stable source of income and annual income of over 5 million yen (for Investment Property loan, over 7 million yen) in the previous fiscal year
  *A guarantor is not required generally.
  *Any special circumstances, like recent job change, will be carefully inquired by our bank staff.
