We can issue a balance certificate and statement(s) in Japanese or English.

  • Need to prove the balance of a particular date (Balance Certificate)
    We issue a balance certificate which certifies the balance of the date you specify.

  • Need to prove the debits and credits for a specified period (Statement)
    We issue monthly statements showing transaction details from the 1st to the last day of each month and a balance summary at the end of each month.
    Statements are available via online banking in PDF format so that you can print them out from the menu below. Branch name and branch code are on the upper right corner of the first page.
    If you need statement(s) printed on bank letterhead, you need to have statement(s) reissued. Contact PRESTIA Phone Banking at the bottom of this page.

  

Balance Certificate and Reissuance of Statement

  • Usually delivered by post
  • It takes approximately a week. It may take additional days if there is a change of address.

Need Statement(s) in Japanese

  • We issue statements on a monthly basis instead of a bankbook (tsucho). We cannot reissue the statements in a language other than the original language. If you need to change the statement language to Japanese, contact PRESTIA Phone Banking by the end of month to have the statement issued in Japanese the following month.
    Ex. If you need statements of April to June in Japanese when your current language is English, you need to change the statement language from English to Japanese by the end of April.
  • A statement is not to be issued if there is no transaction except the statement period which ends at March 31.
