The "Loan repayment schedule" will be issued and mailed by post based on the following schedule.
For new borrowings, it will be issued on the next business day of the loan disbursement.

Reissuance of "Loan repayment schedule" can be requested at branch by phone.
The handling fee is ¥0. It is asked that the main borrower of the housing loan, etc., himself/herself make the request.
The reissued documents will be mailed by post to your registered address (postal mail type: Regular mail, confidential).
Please note that it usually takes about one week from the time of request for shipment.
