The "Certificate of the year-end balance of the loan for the housing acquisition" for housing loan will be issued and mailed by post based on the following schedules (postal mail type: Regular mail, confidential). The scheduled balance as of the end of December is shown in the certificate scheduled to be sent by the end of this year.

  • *For customers who refinanced their loans to us from other financial institutions before September 30th, the certificate will be issued and mailed by post in late October.
    For customers who have refinanced with us on or after October 1st, it will be sent at any time.
  • *If the remaining repayment period becomes less than 10 years from the original borrowing date due to partial early repayment as of the base date of creating the certificate,
    the certificate will not be issued since the special tax deduction for housing loans, etc. is not applicable.

Reissuance of "Certificate of the year-end balance of the loan for the housing acquisition" can be requested at branch by phone.
The handling fee is ¥0. It is asked that the main borrower of the housing loan, etc., himself/herself make the request.
The reissued documents will be mailed by post to your registered address (postal mail type: Regular mail, confidential).
Please note that it usually takes about one week from the time of request for shipment.
