"Monthly Smile" is Foreign Currency Time Deposit Monthly Interest Payment Type, which pays interest on the last business day of each month.
When you open a time deposit, you can choose to receive interest in Yen or in the currency of the deposit. Note that the interest payment account or currency cannot be changed once the time deposit is opened.

1 year, 2 year, 3 year, 5 year (2 year, 3 year, and 5 year may not be available in some currencies)
