  To register your Katakana Name, please download and fill out “Kana Name Registration” from here  and mail it to us using Address Label .
• At Branch
  In case you are in a hurry, you can also register your Katakana Name at branch .

What to bring :

• Banking Card
• Registered Seal (if applicable)
• Identification Verification Documents (IDs)
  Ex. Driver's Licence, My Number Card, or Residence Card
