You can check your Katakana Name on Japanese version of our Online banking (SMBC Trust Bank App, PRESTIA Online, PRESTIA Mobile). *Katakana Name is not available on English version.

STEP1. Sign On

STEP2. Change language to Japanese from Menu "App Setting".
STEP3. Check your Katakana Name registered from Menu TOP.

STEP1. Go to Sign On . You will be automatically redirected to the Japanese page.

STEP2. Input User ID and Password, and Sign On.
STEP3. Check your Katakana Name registered.
If you do not see Katakana Name on Japanese App or websites, you need to register your Katakana Name. Whether you have registered your Katakana Name or not, it does not appear on the English version of Online banking.
