For GLOBAL PASS®, you can suspend the card usage by yourself for overseas ATM withdrawal and Visa/iD shopping via GLOBAL PASS Member's Website .
(Manage Services > Change Card Status > Suspend GLOBAL PASS Service)
GLOBAL PASS is the only card available to use at overseas ATMs. We recommend switching to GLOBAL PASS if you have not done so, yet.

To reissue a GLOBAL PASS, reissuance fee will apply. Apply at a branch or call PRESTIA Phone Banking and press "0" from the Main Menu to reach an operator. We will send an application form as necessary.
