- *If the beneficiary/beneficiary bank does not receive the funds within 10 days after remittance, please contact PRESTIA Phone Banking.

Incoming Fund Transfer
Contact the remitting bank for details.
If the funds do not arrive for a significant period of time
Contact the remitter and/or the remitting bank to ask whether the transfer was made with the correct information. See here for reference.
- *For both outgoing and incoming transfers, the funds go or come through the intermediary bank(s).
- *We recommend that you consider both outgoing and incoming overseas fund transfers well in advance, because they may be delayed due to customs, laws or other reasons in the related country(ies).
- *Note that incorrect SWIFT(BIC) CODE of the intermediary bank and/or receiving bank may result in the fund being returned to the remitting bank.
Notification of My Number
When making or receiving overseas remittance for the first time, you need to notify us of your My Number (Individual Number). See here for details.
