Answer

If any of the following should occur, we recommend that you have your cash card reissued, as the magnetism, etc. may have been damaged or weakened.

Ex.

ATM machines will not accept the card for balance inquiry or cash withdrawals
The card is rejected before entering the PIN
The card does not function occasionally
