  The rate obtained by adding the predefined commission fee (3%) to the applicable rate determined by Visa.

  The amount will be debited immediately from your PRESTIA MultiMoney Account Foreign Currency Savings Deposit.
  When the account balance is insufficient and GAIKA FULLBACK is "ON" , the full amount will be debited from your Yen Savings Account. The full amount will be converted into Japanese Yen at the rate obtained by adding the predefined commission fee (3%) to the applicable rate determined by Visa, in principle.

 Some overseas merchants (including ATMs and online shopping sites) may convert the transaction amount into JPY at their own exchange rates through Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC).
Even if the GAIKA FULL BACK is "OFF", the amount may be debited from Yen Savings Account when you choose to settle by DCC transactions.
