GLOBAL PASS® transaction fee is free when you withdraw cash from overseas ATM(s).

However, the merchant or an ATM owner may charge a fee for use, or an exchange fee may apply depending on the debit account.

• Foreign Exchange Commission
  • When the transaction amount in local currency is deducted in the same currency from the PRESTIA MultiMoney Foreign Currency Savings Account, there is no foreign exchange commission.
  • When the transaction amount is deducted from Yen Savings Account, the full amount is converted into Japanese yen at a rate obtained by adding the predefined commission fee (3%) to the exchange rate determined by VISA.
