Check your registered Mobile Phone Number and Home Phone Number. Either will do.

Update your information by eForm - Change Phone Number.
You need a token for this procedure. See Change Phone Number within Japan if you don't have one.
It takes some time for your new phone number to be updated on the GLOBAL PASS Member's Website. See below for the number of days required.
