Domestic:

Cash Card will be sent to your registered postal address by registered mail from VJA (Our outsourced card shipping business). This is a "non-forward" mail from VJA, so cannot be delivered if you have moved from your registered address or have submitted a forwarding notification.

Overseas:

Expect to receive it by EMS etc.
Your card will be sent in a blocked status for security reasons. After receiving the card, please follow the procedures here  to activate the card.

  • *To countries and regions where GLOBAL PASS cannot be delivered by EMS, we would use an alternate international courier service.
