- *1"Health Insurance Card" will no longer be accepted on and after December 2, 2025. Additionally, if the card has expired, or if there has been a change in insurer due to a job change or relocation, the card will be invalid and cannot be accepted.
About Residence Card
1. If your remaining "Period of Stay" is less than 3 months
Unfortunately, we cannot proceed with your account opening. Please apply after renewing your residence card.
2. If it has been less than 6months since the date of issue
Submit a supplementary document that confirms you have been in Japan for more than 6 months since your entry.

Submit a supplementary document which certifies that you are employed by a company located in Japan.
