Due to the brightness of the room or your network condition, your ID and selfie verification may not be completed.
Please try the following.
- When shooting an ID, place it on the dark-colored surface.
- Shoot without flash or lighting.
- Place your identification document and the smartphone monitor in parallel.
- Shoot in a place where there is natural light, in order to reduce the reflection of light.
Depending on the model of your smartphone, you may not be able to take photos or the selfie identity verification (1ID and selfie) may not work properly.
You may choose to upload two types of personal IDs by logging in via PC. If the error persists, please consider this option as well.
