You can check your balance via Online banking or Automated Voice Guidance.

• Online banking
  1. Sign On to Online banking .
  2. Sign On to Online banking .
  3. Go to Menu: Accounts > Balance Summary

• Automated Voice Guidance
  1. Call 0120-110-330 (toll-free in Japan)
  2. From Main Menu : Select [3] Account Balance and Activities
  3. Enter Account Number^(*) + T-PIN
  4. Select Menu [1] Account Balance Inquiries

• (*)If you opened your account on or after July 17, 2018, you will be prompted to enter branch code.
