<Second House Loan>

Second House Loan is a loan for the purchase or construction of a real estate mainly for seasonal use such as a vacation home, a real estate as a residence for the applicant's relatives outside the same household (including the refinancing of second house loans from other banks or companies).

<Home Equity Loan>

Home Equity Loan is a loan for the funds for home renovations, education, cars and other purchases. Please note that we do not provide loan for business funds and refinancing of existing debt (Debt consolidation loan etc.).
