Domestic:

Cash Card will be sent to your registered postal address by registered mail from VJA (Our outsourced card shipping business). This is a "non-forward" mail from VJA, so cannot be delivered if you have moved from your registered address or have submitted a forwarding notification.

Overseas:

Expect to receive it by EMS etc.
If cash card is received at overseas, the delivered cash card will be blocked for safety. To activate the card before use please have your PIN for telephone transactions ready and call PRESTIA Phone Banking below. If you do not know your PIN for telephone transactions, please contact us at the following.

  • *Due to the spread of COVID-19, it may take more time to deliver GLOBAL PASS overseas than usual. To countries and regions where GLOBAL PASS cannot be delivered by EMS, we would use an alternate international courier service.
