Please contact the bank as soon as possible in case of Group Credit Life Insurance payment event arises or a possibility of payment arises respect to the obligor. After submitting the prescribed documents such as a medical certificate, the bank will process the insurance claim. The insurance payment will be made when the insurance company deems it appropriate to pay after the claim is made.
