Tokens are sent by registered mail for security reasons, and will be returned to SMBC Trust Bank if they are not received during the Post Office's designated storage period. Please contact PRESTIA Online Helpdesk if you were unable to receive your token because you were away from home, or for any other reason.

Please note that, to protect the security of your account, it may be necessary to cancel the token that you have applied for if it is repeatedly returned. If this occurs, you will need to reapply.
