No. When withdrawing cash at ATMs overseas, the ATM usage fees charged by local ATM owners will not be reimbursed.
However, PRESTIA DIGITAL GOLD, PRESTIA GOLD and PRESTIA GOLD PREMIUM customers are entitled to reimbursement when fulfilling the following conditions:

• When withdrawing from Yen Savings Account, its balance is 5,000 yen or above at the time of withdrawal.
• When withdrawing from PRESTIA MultiMoney Foreign Currency Savings Deposit, the balance of withdrawal currency is 5,000 yen equivalent(*) or above at the time of withdrawal.
  Ex.
  When withdrawing 20 US dollars from the PRESTIA MultiMoney US Dollar Savings Account,
  the same account must have a deposit equivalent to 5,000 yen(*) or more in US dollars.

Reimbursement will be made instantly to Yen Savings Account in yen equivalent amount(*) or the same amount to respective PRESTIA MultiMoney Foreign Currency Savings Deposit.

The number of reimbursement is limited to 100 transactions per month for ① and ②, respectively.
