There are several types of E-mails sent from PRESTIA, and you can update your E-mail Address as follows.

On Online banking

  • PRESTIA Alert Service

    An alert E-mail will be sent for the following activities.

    • Card Usage (withdrawal, domestic transfer, and shopping)
    • Invalid Domestic Cash Card PIN input
    • Online banking Sign-On Authentication Success / Failure
    • Domestic Fund Transfer to Unregistered Payee via Online banking
  • PRESTIA Insight
    A unique service that delivers concise and timely financial information interpreted from a global perspective.
    • *Only available in Japanese. Does not support mobile phone E-mail Address.
  • Service and Campaign

How to Update

  1. On Online banking > E-mail Registration / Maintenance 
  2. On Online banking > E-mail Registration / Maintenance 
  3. Select the E-mail service and "Proceed"

On GLOBAL PASS Member's Website

  • GLOBAL PASS Member's Website notification E-mails
    Sent, for example, when the setting on Member's Website has been changed.

How to Update

  1. Sign On to GLOBAL PASS Member's Website 
  2. Select Menu "Manage Services" > "Change E-mail Services"
  3. Enter new E-mail Address on E-mail Address 1 or both E-mail Address 1 and E-mail Address 2 and press "Next".
