• For Account Holders with an Account Opening Date on or before December 31, 2021

    For all the transaction and service orders via mail, the seal/signature registration is mandatory.
    If you have not yet registered your seal or signature with our bank, please print out "SEAL/SIGNATURE CARD" from Various Procedures page  and send it to us using Address Label .
    If any additional documents should be required, we would mail them to you upon the arrival of your Seal/signature Card.

  • For Account Holders with an Account Opening Date on or after January 1st, 2022

    Seal/signature registration is required for the following transactions. Please print out "SEAL/SIGNATURE CARD" from Various Procedures page  and send it to us using Address Label .

    • Fund transfers (domestic and overseas) exceeding 5 million yen or the equivalent in foreign currency
    • Applications for additional accounts
    • Applications for affiliated credit cards
    • Any other transactions and services that the bank considers your seal/signature necessary

For the transactions other than the above, though it is not mandatory, we recommend you to register your seal/signature with our bank.
If you wish to register your seal/signature, please print out "SEAL/SIGNATURE CARD" from Various Procedures page  and send it to us using Address Label .
If you have not registered the seal/signature, your verification will be done via telephone.

<Verification via telephone>

  • 1.Submit respective order form with the seal/signature section left blank.
  • 2.When we have received your form, we will call your registered phone number and ask you to enter your T-PIN over the phone to go through a telephone personal verification procedure.
  • 3.Once the verification is complete, we will proceed to execute your orders.

Please note that your order will not be fulfilled unless the personal verification is complete.
