If you insert your card for balance inquiry or withdrawal and the ATM machine does not accept the card (e.g. your card comes out before you enter your PIN), your Cash Card is most likely damaged. If your card works one day but does not work the next day or only works at particular ATM but not others, the magnetic strip etc. on your card may be weakened. In either cases, your Cash Card needs to be replaced.
